The Brief:
Elderly residents living beneath degenerated roof. Lack of Insulation and multiple points of water ingress were identified in one of our detailed surveys.
The solution:
A warm roof construction was installed using Bauder Total Roof System to existing flat Asphalt roof.
A 25 year system product, workmanship and design guarantee was issued upon completion following a Final Inspection by Bauder. Client and Manufacturer all happy.
