• To strip out and clear from site all furniture, carpet etc
• Full electrical up grade including Emergency Lighting, LED Lighting
• Boardroom: Dry lining to two core walls, new door to office, replace existing trims to existing partition walls ,tape and joint plaster boarded walls and cover with a mist coat and two full coats of white matt emulsion, repaint existing walls in the office. Install a new 60 minute fire rated suspended ceiling to the area. Supply and fit of carpet tile. Finished with Black laminated skirting
• Storage Area: Install a new 60 minute fire rated suspended ceiling to the area .
• Dry lining to all core walls, one wall to be strengthened to enable installation of 16no Monitors full access to the back of this wall required. Form 60 minute partitioning throughout. 5no fire rated and glazed units.
• Supply and fit a suspended ceiling to the area inclusive of Insulation. Supply and fit of carpet tile. Finished with Black laminated skirting
• Left site clean and tidy upon completion
