Balcony Walkway System
The Brief:
This estate consisted of 6 Blocks with over 3,000m2 of Asphalt walkways and private balconies, although the asphalt was in relatively good condition the intention was to install a new non slip covering, giving the walkways a clean and fresh finish with safer non slip properties.
The Solution:
A fast curing system was essential to keep the residents with access to their properties with minimal disruption, Overlay of new liquid applied balcony walkway system “Vulkem” was specified by SIG to all communal walkways and private balconies giving a 20 year Insurance backed warranty. The project was handled with great diplomacy by our skilled operatives the project was a great success with no complaints from residents or client.
